Your heart spoke to you about the Vet. Obviously Rafiki likes her... she must know the lady is a good Soul.

Funny how they can tell. When Zeddie was at the vet she would ALWAYS act up with this one vet assistant. I couldn't understand it because the woman was a friend of mine, and had a bengal. Turns out the woman was NOT a friend of mine, and Zeddie knew before me. They are very good at knowing these things.

They never cease to amaze me. They are, on the whole, far more perceptive than we silly humans are.

I'm so happy for you and Rafiki! :) Having a vet you both trust is such good news. Thoughts and prayers that the tests come back that all is good.

Elsa had a great vet in Memphis, but now that we have moved, I now have to find a good Vet up here in Saint Louis area... Wish I knew of someone that had a good vet to recommend up here that knows Savannah's.

tri big grin: Tests results came in. Liver values are NORMAL! tri big grin:
Bilirubin is still a tad bit high but not concerning. White blood count also a tad high.
We will continue the meds (Denamarin and Ursodiol) for another 2 months until we have another follow up blood work done. I had a chat with Rafiki today about the medications. She has been taking the Denamarin in a pill pocket as it is coated. I asked her to try taking the Ursodiol the same way.....and she did! Not sure if this is a fluke or not. We will see tomorrow. So proud of my girl!
