My thoughts and prayers are with John and with Trish. I cannot imagine such a tragedy. If there is anything I can do, please let me know. I am just shocked and so sad for him. Prayers for departed fur kids too. So very, very sad. Words escape me.

What a horrific tragedy, a person's worst nightmare. I cannot even begin to understand how a person copes with such a loss. I'm sure John is overwhelmed. My prayers for a miracle to happen and Trish pulls through.

Sue is correct, you cannot send flowers into the ICU, but you can send silk flowers. Does anyone know where John is staying? Is he spending all his time in the hospital? I'm just wondering if there isn't something more practical we can provide for him like money for meals, a change of clothes, etc.

Trish is in a burn unit...we have already started collecting money through either here: http://www.savannahcatchat.com/pages/donate-to-savannah-cat-chat/ or through fundrazr on FB...John is in a hotel, but has family around him...so I guess we raise the money and figure out what he needs later...he only has the clothes on his back left

Oh gosh, that's terrible! Our strongest vibes of strength of love to the both of them. I can't even imagine.... we'll sit down with our budget and see what we can spare for them. Just so sad..
