I assume you are wandering outside calling him...continue to do this. Let your neighbors know he is missing. If you don't find him soon I would make up flyers to put up everywhere so that people know to look for him and contact you if they see him. The flyer should have a good clear photo of your cat and a description as well as your contact number(s). Put them up like there is no "too many" of them also...the more people see your flyer, the more they realize how desperate you are to find your cat and it can inspire some to actually look under their house or investigate a strange meow...

There are phone services you can pay for that can call houses in a radius around your home telling them to look for your cat also... findtoto.com is one that I have used in the past.

Depending on where you live, a humane trap put out can be useful. You can often rent them from your local shelter/humane society.

If you can shut up your other pets then leave open your doors and windows...he might come back. But some cats get spooked and hide away and even if they hear your voice are too scared to venture out. Don't despair! And don't give up!

I'm sure others will have great suggestions too!

If you can email his picture and your contact info (location, email, phone) and some basic description of him to us at info@svrescue.com we would be happy to post his lost notice on our Rescue Facebook page which will hopefully get some views/shares in your area?

Can you sit outside at night and call him? Or even just sit and wait for a while to see of you spot him?

Thank you all very much. I have been calling hopelessly all day like a crazy lady. I plan to go sit outside once all the neighborhood kids go inside and its quiet and call for him somemore.

Do you have anything that smells like him? That you could leave near the door or window?
