Mickey didn't really start out as a snuggler, neither did D. They both grew into it. Jarvis will cuddle on the couch with me, but he doesn't do the whole purr wildly/knead/drool/fixate on the human thing. He sits quietly next to me, touching, and purring softly, but the instructions are clear- if you pet me, I will move. He really only allows petting when he is the only cat in the room.

I have a snuggly savannahs.
Iris (F3) is my most snuggly, after Ambiente (F5), after Dazzle (F2) and Diamond (F2)... But Iris always wants to be snuggling. All my savannahs jostle for position at night to be near me - Iris prefers to sleep near my face, Dazzle - near my back and Ambiente likes to sleep on my lags. And all my cats like to kiss with me

Ziggy (F2 male) snuggles with me every night--usually behind my knees. He'll snuggle with Carolyn if I'm not around--or take up the space between! He follows me around the house when he's not napping or galloping with Jax. I've started putting the stepladder out in the kitchen so he can watch without being in the way.
Oni (F6 female) wants to be between me and the couch back. She will purr and chirp for hours. She is back to occasionally sleeping against my chest as she gets more comfortable with Ziggy. And she will let you know in no uncertain terms what she wants: to snuggle, get pets, or to play fetch--or to go out! Although she's been doing this whole want to go out but don't want to get in the jacket thing lately. My fault--I haven't been consistent about walking her lately.
Jax (mutt male) loves being petted for a bit, but rarely sleeps with us. Sometimes he'll join us for a morning nap. It might be his fine medium hair--he might just get too hot to snuggle for long.

Jengo is my current snuggler but only when HE wants to and usually a lap sitting is because he's hungry but he does love to cuddle in bed or on the couch for hours. Jengo can easily be convinced to cuddle though and he will randomly take me upstairs for alone time - not kidding. He meows and I follow and he leads to my his bedroom and throws himself down and give me belly.
Biz will cuddle only if he's exhausted which as we all know takes a lot of work to exhaust a hyper SV, lol! He was a headbutter in quarantine so I think he will come back around to that when his ADD fades. Right now petting means we are free to feed him or play with him and he would rather do that. He does like to nap near me when I'm working or will climb on my butt when I'm laying front of the computer and take a nap there.
There is the occasional fight to lay with me but usually if Biz wins he just runs off after a few strokes and grabs a toy, lol!
