The perfect harness

Kitty wears brand Tanner& Dash they are for dogs but it fits her and so comfortable. Previous to this one, bought her a mesh one but it felt too stiff and uncomfortable & could tell by the way she was moving in it. With the tanner& Dash she is in total comfort. Not inexpensive but my baby is comfy.

Mars just got his tailored from JoyKatz - we love its water resistant fabric, bright colors, high quality and most of all how comfortable it seems to be for our baby. Once we put it on he just went about his usual business, only being slightly clumsy when standing on hind legs and losing some balance likely cos he's still new to the jacket feeling. Looking forward to getting all his shots done so we can start walking him

He models it well... And you won't regret getting one from JoyKatz... They are the best, and have good support as well.

MM3, do you have a link for the Tanner & Dash harnesses?
Sorry I don't. I bought it while on holiday at a pet boutique. I googled the name from the tag sewn on inside of harness so I could purchase another one. Haven't done so yet, but googling did bring up where I can purchase another. Hope this helps.

We bought it a little big on purpose so it doesn't fit perfectly yet, but otherwise, it seems very cat-comfortable and well made. Will definitely buy another in a heartbeat

And how is Mars doing with it? Walking around without doing the falling over routine?

From day 1 when we put it on Mars, he stumbled maybe a few steps then walked around with very little impact. Only clumsiness is when he gets on hind feet and sometimes loses balance and falls backwards. We think it's just a matter of getting used to. We will be getting another kitten in the near future and can share how it responds to the jacket too!

Yes, unfortunately this past weekend our baby developed severe intestinal intussusception (no confirmed cause, wasn't genetic, and Xrays/ ultrasound did not see any unwanted swallowed objects) and needed emergency surgery running up into estimates of $8-11k+ to start, with many possible complications and a long road to recovery. Without pet insurance (won't make this mistake twice) we could not afford the surgery and its unknown outcomes' costs... we are so very thankful that several of the vet staff pooled together cash for one of them to take ownership of Mars from us to give him the surgery he needed this afternoon and care for his future needs. Sorry to get this thread off topic, was hoping I didn't have to share this sad and scary news.... but please guys, get pet insurance, I really think it's worth it.
