found this....The meat should have all of the nutrients and vitamins in it, so supplementation isn't necessary unless you aren't planning on balancing the meat itself out (or cooking it). If you are supplementing the meat, just make sure you don't go into vitamin toxicity levels.

I asked because I am curious about making my own supplement mix, and yes obviously the amount of which is important as well as which ones are REALLY needed, and which aren't.
It's like with canned food that sound like a thanks giving dinner, when they should say - buffalo carcass, chicken remain, sprinkled with cricket garnish... haha
say how the muzari has vitamin K,, is that really necessary? what about vitamin C? turns out C is not from the website above...
I think it would be cheaper for me to make my own, and I could make a 5 gal bucket and never deal with this again if I do it right.
I went back to raw, mixing whole chicken, beef heart, and beef liver, while still supplementing with Alnutrin, which I got the meat and bone kind, so I have been adding a little extra calcium as per their age.
UPDATE - She came down last night A LOT! Soon as I move, she freezes. She made so much noise I have to go back out to the living room with the boy...
I brought breakfast this morning, and 5 minutes later came in and she was on the floor, and hopping back up,,, She is beginning to move around a lot which is great, just not while I am there,,, If I am not still...
After the yam, cooked chicken mix they are both dis interested in the raw mix,,, which is too bad, cause now thinking about it, their energy, and personality changed with the raw meat, and they seemed healthier and happier,,, Trying to think of what to add for flavor.... ??
