What is Your Savannah Cat's Name and Why

Need help with a male cat name that has Jon or Jonson in it. Any ideas?? I'm so uncreative. Best I've come up with is Jon Clawed and I'm pretty sure that's only because I've seen it elsewhere!!

Jon Clawed may sound familiar because of action movie star Jean Claude van Dam. If he likes doing splits from one piece of furniture to another then that one is a shoe-in.

I haven't met my little guy yet so I'm not sure if he is exactly an action/adventure kind of kitty. But I'm pretty sure since he's a Savannah he will be. I'm pawsitive Jean Claude van Damn (that was a typo but I kind of like it!) was the inspiration for the name but I'm pretty sure I've seen it on the TICA registry as well. It wasn't a SV so it would probably OK, but I was hoping for something unique.

Rafiki means friend in Swahili. I used Google Translate as it has a sound feature so you can hear how it will sound. She was originally going to be called Chui Malkia or Leopard Queen but I decided that I wanted a "friend". And no, I have never seen the Lion King and I was quite appalled to find out that I had named her after a baboon. And....as it turns out she should have been called Rafika because she is a girl. Oh well. I like the name Rafiki and I think it suits her. All my cats have always had a nickname that ends with the "ee" sound so I would have called her Rafiki even had I chosen the feminine! The Chui (pronounced chewy) part is still appropriate as she has always preferred to bite the furniture over scratching it.

I am looking for a name for a BIG gold boy who was born 2 days earlier than the rest of the litter. He fights the others for his milk by PUSHING with his paws. We usually have our grandchildren the temporary names, but we've had two Stitches and a Spot and a Precious, so I'm taking the job on myself and delegating you folks to help. Ideas anyone?
