I supported the humane society at one time , I thought I was helping animals at the time and felt good about it until I found I was paying the devil , I cut them off late last year, our DVM worked with Cheatah cats at the Columbus zoo and at the Cleveland zoo , she says they are very fast and strong, our male F3 Savannah has a open invite at her clinic to play with her 2 year old daughter , Vet knows Cody would not hurt her, Cody will groom her , Mohawk baby girl, that's my boy

the ASPCA and the SPCA are bad they barge into people homes and take their animals no questions asked and if its proven the animals were in great care before hand the the spca looses the case the people whos pets were not put down or re homed are held untill some out ragous large some of money is payed as a "holding fee" there was a lady i heard about who had 7 great dains she had a large property with all the right things for them she had to go to kamloops from surrey for a funral she asked her son to care for the dogs till she got back someone they had been watching her house and when her son was not there they broke down the front door and back door and gates for the enclosure that covered the yard took all the dogs and trashed everything, the lady had to come home early from the funral and she fought them and the SPCA lost the fight they were ordered to return the dogs and they slapped her with a bill around $96.000.00 she was able to go to court again and get it reduced to $43.000.00 so i no longer donate i do how ever support the AAS the Animal Advocate Society they from what i heard are doing their part to show spca's true colors

I've never known a more intelligent, affectionate, funny, playful, curious, and well, just all around amazing animal. I couldn't imagine life without my SV (as he lays cuddled up between my legs while I write this ) It is so frustrating when people with no true knowledge of a breed spews hate and blatant lies about them.

The internet is not that bad. It was the internet that convinced me that Savannah is THE pet that I need. Two minutes on wiki and I was hooked !!!

WHOA. Thanks for this information, Paige. I had no idea....I've tried to ignore the misinformation they spread about SV and Bengals because I thought what they did otherwise for the big cats was so great and necessary.
How disappointing.
