Cats fights

F2 definitely has an attitude problem in life. But so do I. I think that's what endeared me to him in the first place. He's a tough guy and doesn't take crap from anyone. So in that regard, he's my little buddy.

But he has never laid ears back with me. He's hissed at me when I scolded him in the past and he knew he was doing something wrong.

But no, I think only one fight when fur was flying were ears back to their heads. I yelled and screamed and clapped my hands to break it up. I'm not comfortable when the "play fight" either because they have claws and one or the other could get injured.

99.999% of the time, it's harmonious in my household. Just wanted to see if there's any way I can prevent fights. But I guess when he's in a bad mood, he's in a bad mood and it is what it is.

When my 2 cats fought I can tell you it did not looked like playtime!
It was pure aggression from my Savannah toward the Bengal.
Probably by fear of something but then it turned like she hated him.
Then he got totally fade up with her and was hissing at her all the time .
They are back together now, but cuddle no more!
She gets weird when I stroke him, she is quite possessive .
I think it will happened again as soon as we go back to London.
We will see ...
And by the way calming pills and spray did not make any difference at the time, so i stop using them.

It could be your two cats are vying to be alpha cat and neither is giving in. If it's only happening occasionally and they are not hurting each other I would just keep an eye on them.
