Dino at the ER

Dino continues to improve. He's not been uncomfortable like he was after the first surgery. He welcomes a chin rub, and doesn't mind being stroked on his back like he did after the first surgery. the fluid drain is greatly reduced and is losing some of the redness. The clearer the better so I'm pretty stoked.

Here's a shot of Dino on his day bed, of course just like his brother they always want to be in the bottom of their carrier when they aren't feeling well. You can also see where he picked up his nickname "Sexy Boy".

That poor belly looks so sad, I hope it now starts to heal quickly now!

Yeah, I'm very much missing his white belly fur.

Also, just want to say the soft e-collar made a world of difference for Dino being comfortable. It's a Kong EZ-Soft and not only did it keep Dino off his wound, it provided a hiding place at the ICU with his head planted straight into the wall and a good pillow when leaning into the corner of a crate or carrier.
