If the father isn't registered I don't think she can get papers on the kittens.
I believe you are correct, she is sharing the info on the mother that she has registered, and the breeder info of the father. I did not see this thread before the deposit was sent, and wanted to know how the cat's previously purchased from her are doing (being that some where sick), what they look like and if they seem to grow as an F2 potentially could. I would rather lose the deposit then invest in a savannah that is not actually what it was advertised as. unfortunately I think im already too attach to the kitten and will love to have it regardless i am just very curious.

I am sure you will love the kitten no matter what, but...find out if she is going to give him/her vaccines, worming and at what age she is letting him go to you. Also...what about a health guarantee?

I agree with Paige, you definitely need to ask about a health guarantee - not that you can force her to honor one, but at least if you ask, she will be made aware that you expect a kitten without any health problems. You also need to ask for the vaccination records as well, and make sure there is actually a sicker from the vaccine on it, not just the date administered written in.

Thank you for the advice she is sending him out at 8 weeks with 1 round of shots/ the age appropriate shots. I will be asking for the documentation. Please if there is anything else you can think of that I should ask her just let me know. Your comments are very much appreciated.

From everything I have read, 8weeks is too young. Most breeders say 12 week minimum.

Also, I believe Pam Flachs at Clos du Chat in MI has F3C kittens, and I think Josie at River Rigde in WV has kittens as well. I have a retired breeder if you are willing to consider an older cat.
