Elsa and Her Bird Feeder

That would be great... I will see if I can find an instrumental version of it... Have her group to put it out under the group name of "The Savannah's" :)

John. Her group is just her and me. She is guitar and singing, I am bass and staying out of the limelight.
We are The Shards. IF I can talk her into it, and IF we can get an MP3 of it, I will get it to you. For Elsa... ;)

We put a bird feeder outside our kitchen window for our crew and they love it. Love it when they get so excited and start chirping.

Have you tried to identify the types of birds coming to the feeder? When we first got ours I was looking them up online. So far I've seen House Finch, Cardinal, Chickadee, Common Crackle, Sparrow, Tufted Titmouse, and even had a Downy Woodpecker show up one time using the feeder. Down under the feeder we get squirrels and doves. We've been using just Black Oil Sunflower seeds.

Who knew something we'd get for the cats would be so much fun for us as well. :) Glad to see Elsa enjoying her bird watching.

Right now, there have been only 4 different birds, all 4 are featured in the video.. 2 red birds and 2 brown birds. I am not an enthusiast and personally do not like birds. The Bird Feeder is just for Elsa and as you can see I have it pretty much at her eye level. My Mom (Her Grandma) has a bird feeder, and she just loved sitting there for hours watching it... LOL, one evening with the blinds closed, she went to the window staring at the blinds meowing for the blinds to be opened... I opened it for her a little to see out and she got bored with no birds. That was pretty funny actually. She certainly knew where to go... 1st thing every morning, she would be there on the end of the couch watching them.

Treywi,
I get a large selection of birds. In addition to what you found, I get hummingbirds, pileated woodpeckers, cowbirds, crows, red winged blackbirds, purple martins, grackles, and starlings. But... I also get the predators... red tailed hawk and a resident Cooper's Hawk. We call him Cooper. He feasts on the doves. But the most entertaining are the squirrels and chipmunks. The F3 boys can hear the squirrels running on the roof. Real riot to see them heading to the rear picture window to stalk them.

LOL... That is funny... I guess it takes time for the community to find the feeders however.... Oh well... Once I find out what my work is going to be, I plan to set her up a Bird Bath to watch them, but I don't want to get it and then move it... That would be a little too crazy...

Wow you have much more then we do. I would love to see hawks as well. I'm trying to convince the hubster to buy a couple more feeders and even a bird bath. He keeps wanting me to spend more time outside with him, figure this is a good way to go about it. :)

@John Campbell,
I FINALLY rememebered to ask Michelle if she would be interested in singing "I'm a Birdwatcher". She thought it would be a hoot. We will start working on it and when we get a good MP3 of it, I will let you know.
