This seems to be the predominate case. We have a few TICA Savannah Breed Committee members on the forum. Perhaps they should consider this as a breed standard.
Well, the standard says 'confident, alert, curious, and friendly' - pretty close if you ask me! Mischievous is a word that can be interpreted differently on many different levels, so not typically used in breed standard language
For the 1st 4, I would say that she is spot on (no pun intended)... as far as mischievous, have not see that yet... But I am will to throw down some funds that says she is...

What breeder are you getting her from
I hate to say that I did not use a breeder here because I could not find anyone that had what I was set on. I used "Select Exotics". They had exactly what I wanted, and I fell in love with her the first time I saw her. The breeder came with very high recommendations, and they have been great to work with.
