Look- you aren't going to be able to disinfect every single surface Themba is exposed to....
The big issue is getting Themba's tummy settled and feeling good again. No one wants a rumbly tummy or constant diarrhea! Do the meds on Themba- if the meds aren't crazy out of hand overseas, I'd go ahead and treat everyone- it's not a huge deal and cats can get giardia from your DRINKING WATER (at least they can in the United States- it is there- look up your local water analysis- it's just typically in such small amounts that it doesn't tend to bother US)- but it's easier to treat everyone once or twice then go over and over everyone by doing it one at at a time.
Don't- for goodness sake- restrict them from something that is enjoyable because of this...
