Here's the thing- if the vet had handled him like she should have- or the staff- they could have slipped a pair of scissors (they have a blunt blade on the bottom to slide under bandages- heck if I remember the name) under the wrap and snipped it right off.

I'm kinda pissed for you and Themba. I just posted on FB to see if anyone has a trick to getting it off quickly. Maybe some of the feral rescues do.

Yeah, they should have used bandage scissors to get it off...

If i'm gonne put oil or anything on it he might stop biting it.

I still hope on a miracle that he does it himself while i'm trying.

I'm not really pissed, just frustrated.

I don't get it, my breeder was very content of this vet.
Most of the vet here have no savannah experience and they do.

Only this is totally wrong.

dunno if i should go there again or not.
This is the second vet i have problems with in 1 month time.

Oke good news.

I have one of.
The one i told before i made a start while he was eating.

The second one is gonna be more difficult.

Now he is more aware of me, he is not hungry anymore. and the start of the bandage is on a more difficult place.

OK..just move gently and perhaps distract him with a toy...I'm sure you will be able to do this...then raise holy hell with the vet tomorrow!

Do you want me to try and get a referral from the people I know in Belgium or the Netherlands?

What do you mean with a referral ?
(don't know the meaning of the word)
