How do you guys change the charcoal filter?

Hey, go to the website and watch the you tube videos. We take both charcoal plugs out, put one new one in ( make sure put the filter in lengthwise, looks like a bullet going into a gun) then put a teaspoon of charcoal in and add the 2nd filter. Shake the tube to make sure no charcoal falls out and your good to go.
