We are so impressed with the Litter Robot open box! We got the extra steps to get in for our domestic 16 year old girl.

Now for our Savannah girls: they both love the carbon filter in it and they tear it up and eat it!
So we took it out thinking they would forget it.
No they did not. So we do not have the charcoal filters in it. There is no smell as we empty it twice a week.

But why do they still Love their regular cat pan in their bathroom?? I keep that door closed in the day—which they Choose to respect—and rush in at night to use it!

Can you use the pine pellets in the litter robot, or only clay?

Has to be clumping litter that also clumps pretty hard, so pellets wont work.
