My one bathroom is too small for a Genie and the kitties are not allowed in my laundry/furnace/tool/stained glass making with a small kiln work-room. Way too much stuff in there that they could hurt themselves on.

My kitties are only allowed outside on leashes and the funny thing is they ask to come inside to use their litter boxes and then come back outside again when they have done their "duty". It took a while for me to realise what they were doing. One day I followed one of them in thinking they were hungry or thirsty but no, straight to the litter-box LOL

That's definitely funny.

My young cousin years ago who I was teaching to surf and seemingly having a pretty good time suddenly became very distraught and wanted to go in. We started paddling in and I thought he might have got hurt or swallowed some saltwater and had an upset stomach. Turned out to be the same thing, he needed to pee. When I told him to just go in the ocean, he quickly stated his mom said he shouldn't pee in the pool.

Hi, I was considering buying one awhile ago but the company states that it might not work well with large urine clumps that are produced by diabetic cats. My cat is not diabetic but he can create huge litter clumps (prob bigger than a baseball) so I didn't know if it might not work out for me. Has anyone had issue with large clumps clogging it?

Hi guys- so glad that you shared this review Paige. This pan seems to be amazing and I am thinking about buying one. A few questions....1) what type of clumping litter are those of you who have it using? My brats have gotten used to Pine Pellets. Last time I used clumping was about 15 or so years ago when I wasted money on an auto litterbox that scared my past cats. I now, have no clue what type of clumping is best/safe. 2) Re the money back guarantee....per the website, it appears like one must purchase a refurbished Robot Pan to get this....is it possible to buy a new one and still get the guarantee if my cats hate it? 3) do you guys feel that extra cabinet that you can buy would be a good thing....seems like it would block light from entering....do you think this would make a difference to cats who are not used to such "tight quarters"? And 4) are there any extra accessories/parts that you would suggest for me to buy as well?
