He has wormed his way into our hearts and lives that is for sure. Now to get Bella on the friendly path. She is starting to warm up because
I have seen her up near the door to the bathroom and not hissing like she was the first few days. I think she will find him a fun playmate. I have
been trying to get her to come into my room like she used to do and last night was the first time she snuggled up to me sleeping. So I'll go
grab her before I go to sleep tonight. The last Siamese we had was way back in time when the dinosaurs roamed the earth (Well not really) It
was more like 48 years ago we had a papered Siamese that had gotten out and got pregnant. She hated the dog. That dog was a Miniature
Poodle and that was a big disadvantage for the dog when it came to fights. About the sametime as the kittens my parents found a new house.
My dad took all the cats but one kitten into the humane society. Tiger was around 10+ when a cat fight took him out. But he was 50% Siamese
and he really liked to call at night for the ladies or other cats to fight with. Tiger is the reason I know the Siamese call. Both the boys had it and Tetsu
if he felt that he was being left out would call (more a scream) and Mokkun would make a lot of Siamese noises when he was working hard on a toy.
Now with Xander here I hear the call and know the sound. You would not think such a small cat could make that much noise. But he does.

One thing I know if he wants to be found and answers back to my call I won't have any issues finding him quickly if I can keep up with his speed.

His only place that seems to be holding onto white color is his throat to his belly with and even then he still has some tan markings .

Xander was un my room and It dawned on me just how much he has grown when he jumped into the window and walked across it.

We had a funny thing happen. You all know that porcelain or plastic don't give much for claws to grip into. Xander almost got a swim
and then a bath to wash it off. I was cleaning the cat box and the lid was up and he jumped at the space to see what was inside that little
self filling pond. Had I not been there he would of gone for a swim. So later when I was in the shower if got in with the spray head on and
he would reach around the glass. I dripped wanter on his leg when he stuck it in and that did not see to bother him that much. So I opened
the door more and called him and he got in. Once he was a bit wet he seemes to think about hiding behind my legs but that is where the
water was. I picked him up at that point and asked if he wanter out as I sort of pushed him out and closed the door.
Do I have a Savanah want to be or a cat that just likes water?

If your a bed spread you better not have any strings hanging down with Xander on the prowl.

It's got me asking just how was his grand sire. Seems that his's sire's mom got out and went on a date.
They did not know who or what he was.

We had some face to face time today with both cats loose in my room. Bella sat up high and did a little bit of
growling and hissing. I let Xander roam and talked and scratched Bella and sh got to a point where she settled
down on her belly and even meowed once. Xander did most of the meowing and just gave in and played while
she watched ears erect and not back and tail calm and no whipping around. I tried to give her treats but that
didn't go over. She was 100% watching Xander. We must of went 20~30 minutes and then I picked him up and
opened the door so she could get out if she wanted. She did and I let her take off and I put Xander in the bathroom
and went down to see if Bella would like a cat snack and she did . I am going to have to try the fish flake when I
have the two in the room together. After feeding her I went bcak up and Xander was howling to get out. So I fixed
him up a clean cat box and he has been running wild in my room. I think he is tired out now. He seems to be quite
the jumper. I'll have to get some video uploaded to Youtube.

I think I might want to post this bit in the behavior section. Bella likes to rip blankets on the bed. My solution in the past
has been to just replace then ever other year or so. I had an idea and it really works well. I got a painters tarp with out
the water proof backing the size of the bed and that so far has held up well to both of them. The fabric is so much more
heavier than stuff you find for beds. I will just have to seee how it lasts.

You are a brave soul to have a waterbed with cats in the house! Especially a Savannah, lol.

Xander is quite the acrobat, he makes me want another kitten!

I have one bit of insurance. A frame liner to catch any leaks. Both the boys had all there claws. When Bella came here to live
then had already removed her front ones. BUT she still likes to rip blankets with her teeth. I keep thick blankets on the bed for
that reason. At first she would not even set foot on it. I think she did not like the movement.
