As much as it's against standards, having a long whip like tail is a bit of a surprise seeing how it's developed from her kitten pictures. Could just be the video but it's grown long for her size. That's a great thing - nothing I love more than being able to reach down without bending to gently grab a hold of a tail tip on an adult cat and wiggle or tease it in greeting. Or better yet, show them and tickle their face to encourage play time.

Nap time before we boarded on a warm lap. She slept some on the plane too but the Savannah energy kicked in a bit towards the last half hour as we began descent and now relaxing as boarding for the 2hrs remaining to LAX is going on. T-minus 4 hours to go to my doorstep and home.

So, it's morning and she's really turned into a playful love bug, playing fetch with each of the toys she finds and exploring the sites, smells and heights! A new video of her wah-meow when she wants attention and to say hi besides a couple quick pics including one of Anubis coming over to investigate carefully. I thought my boys were just normal size cats and Isis was big for a kitten in her pictures. But the reality is, she is a big kitten and my boys are ginormous seeing them close together. She's not even phased by them but I can't say about the reverse.

She is on the middle level of the cat tree as I post this update staring at the trees and birds outside is the first time in 12 hours I've seen her sit in one place - for a whole 4 minutes! LOL! In the shower this morning she jumped up onto the edge of the tub with the water running, not seeming afraid but not wanting to come in. She might get the nerve up one day. :p

My goodness, there's not any problem with her acclimating to her new home is there? Love the purr and meow in the vid. She is a beautiful and cuddy wuddly love bug.
