She is quite the little energetic talker! Anubis was stressed out and not holding down his food but I remedied that with a snack and lap time. Isis demands attention if in the same room and did not like quarantine by herself, so I sat down so she could cuddle and fell fast asleep. Btw, she allowed the Dyson within 1ft before taking two steps back, being a high pitched digital motor I thought for sure would spook her. Also she jumped up to the bathtub edge while I was getting in the pre-warmed shower and thought against it.. for now! She learns REAL fast how to do things that I do like opening a cabinet or the closet sliding door. Its been a long good day! Everyone coming to visit loves her head butts, guttural mrow-purrs and fetch playing.

Mine are pretty fond of laps too...most inconvenient when you want to get up, but oops there's a kitty napping there so you are trapped!

Introduction time, barricade is down and the whole house is available to explore. Anubis is following her around and they are cool, meeting nose to nose to sniff with no hissing or fuss.
I was waiting for Ra to sit close to her by the barricade with no hissing and be able to reach out for each other even as cautious as they were, the instant acknowledgement and reaction to MY touch without him flinching while next to her made me sure of his confidence level. He was rubbing and happy provided she was not doing something provocative.
Ra is walking around annoyed as all get out and huffy taking these huge nasal snorts and puffs but his tail is in a dominant position not puffed up and is content watching. He laid out in the sun by the patio door next to Anubis to sun and bathe himself. Content to share space but not let Isis come closer than 2 feet before getting up to move with a growl.
Ra is the linchpin to harmony, as expected. The master bathroom or master bedroom is the established safe zone for any cat spooked with the door and the barricade if needed. So far so good!
Anubis is one cool customer.

First day back from work and I find Isis took the shortcut to the whole package of TP instead of the roll open on the side of the throne. Ra was clanging the cabinet on Sun trying to get it open to wedge his head in and she was watching as they explored the quarantine so she tried and luckily only got to the plastic bits.
