My favorite vet around here by far is Dr Jenny Taylor of Creature Comfort, Oakland, CA. http://www.creaturecomfort.com/ She is very expensive, but well worth it for the amount of time and thought put into every contact with her.

My 2nd runner up at the moment is Dr Chew at Providence Veterinary Hospital, Alameda, CA http://www.pvmgroup.com/ much more affordable for everyday care.

Dr. Connie Hyler-Both, New River Animal Hospital, Nimitz, West Virginia. She will not give up and is interested in Savannahs, although mine are the only ones she treats. When we had a case of Trich before it was well known, she tried endlessly to fix things. She referred us to Virginia Tech Vet school and sent EXCELLENT documentation. She is feisty, but open-minded about feeding raw (making all her staff smell the poop samples - haha) and will make house calls.

They are wonderful. The answer non-urgent e-mails at any time and can be reach anytime with pager. I like them because they see felines only! My cats get a full 45 minute check up when I go in. Longer than my visits at the DR!!

We decided to try yet another vet,the most recent one turned us down since they didn't feel like they were "equipped" and "specialized enough. They were very helpful in recommending a vet in norristown PA, off the top of my head it's a cats only vet, if I'm not mistaken it's called cats only vet. Hospital. If anyone has any feed back on them I'd appreciate it since we are going to be ready for check ups and anything else that could potentially come our way.
