Now Presenting: Yuki and Yeti

Note to self: shave head, slather with bear urine, test with Yuki for reaction . . .
;)

I am thinking that this evening I might just wash my hair with regular soap and see if that changes her reaction.

Interesting idea Deb, beer as a shampoo is supposed to be good for one's hair. ;)

Today's short report,
I stayed home today as I was feeling under the weather. Much better now.

Both kitties are using the fountain and are drinkng well. I took a nap in the safe room this morning. Both cats decided to use me for a bed for a while. Got to see them playing with each other a bit this evening. Yeti has a fascinating way of bouncing all over, from side to side, front to back, etc, and when he climbs the scratching post he does a great King Kong impression. Yuki has gained more confidence when leaping up to my shoulders.

Both of the cats are freaky fast and with Yuki being long and narrow she is hard to catch when charging to get to my shoulders. When Yeti is doing his bounce his eyes remain focused on the ball on the floor and he almost appears to teleport short distances around it while holding the same form. Amazing and fun to watch. :)

TGIF! I'm really looking forward to the weekend. I'll have a chance to get more done around the house and spend a whole lot more time with all of my cats.

As requested, another picture of Yuki and Yeti. I title this one Food Fight! It looks as if the two of them have gotten into the habit of flinging bits of dry and wet food around while eating. I'm constantly having to clean up after them.

Deb, you suggested a hat so tonight I wore a hat and it seems to have worked pretty well. Yuki did make her usual attempt to groom this silly ape, but gave up after I kept pushing the hat down as she was trying to push it up and off. Smart one she is, that Yuki.

I got to spend a good deal more quality time petting both she and Yeti. They really are a couple of sweet cats and are very bonded to one another. When she is off doing something he is watching everything she does, and she often comes over and stays by him while he is grooming himself as if to make sure he is protected.

Brooklyn does the King Kong impression too! I love it. None of my others do it
