I have never spoken with Bion nor have I attempted to contact him yet, so he in no way has lied to me. I was referring to Jimmy possibly lying to me about Bellissima (the mother to my kitten) and Stella (his other female he breeds) being from the same litter since he provided me with Stella's paper since he couldn't currently locate Bellissima's. I was planning to contact Bion in regards to Zuni, the grandmother to my kitten on the father's side, to see if I could get her background to possibly add to the "family tree", was just curious if anyone ever had any dealings with him.

I was talking to Brigitte...

I had requested a portion of my deposit back on 2 hybrids and they were very good about it. They sent it back quickly. I told them them I wasn't feeling good about the purchase after seeing negative feedback. I have about $3500 to spend. It's so hard finding a f2 for that so I may be a while unfortunately. :-(

I'm happy that you got the money back. At least it wasn't a total wash.
And in the long run, you will get the kitten you really wanted... when something is priced cheaper than the rest, often there's a reason. You need to be okay with the reason, and ultimately that was the crux of the matter here. Domestic Wildcat's kittens are cheaper than other breeders' kittens for a reason.

That's great you got your deposit back. When I was looking for my F2, the price range seemed to be $5,500 to $8,500. If you have your heart set on a F2, personally I suggest you keep saving up and eventually the perfect kitten will come along. When prices are low, I like to go with the old saying if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. You are hopefully going to be spending the next 15-20 years with your fur baby so definitely take your time and make sure you pick a kitten you really want.

So true! I truly want to get one from Amara Savannahs. Sue has a boy that's amazing to me. Bandit reminds me so much of my past f2 boy. I'll have to wait for now.
